In 2013, she got her bachelor’s degree from Cairo University.
And from 2016 to 2019, She spent an internal residency at the Department of Prosthodontics at Cairo University. In 2019, she received a master’s degree in Prosthodontics from Cairo University.
In 2020, she started her Ph.D. program in the Department of Prosthodontics at Cairo University and worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Prosthodontics Department at Cairo University.
She received training in the placement of the prosthetic implant in her master’s degree and Ph.D. and restorative training courses at Tomorrow Tooth Academy.
Dr. Shaimaa is interested in prosthetic dentistry (fixed and removable), dental implants, and restorative dentistry.
She uses the most recent digital technologies (Intra-oral scanners, implant planning, and digital designing) in her prosthetic and implant work.
She performs her restorative work under microscope magnification to provide high-quality and satisfactory results.
Dr.Shaima Al-Sharqawi is interested in following the latest scientific methods and using the latest technological means to provide a more effective and comfortable treatment instead of using traditional methods
She is concerned with using all that is new, such as the microscope and the intra oral scanner, to provide a more accurate, effective and useful diagnosis in cases of treatment.
